Overview
By tackling the persistent gap between tech companies and students, our project endeavors to establish a comprehensive platform. This platform will facilitate the seamless connection between students seeking meaningful internships and project opportunities and industry sponsors in need of skilled talent.
Through a robust project matching system and a dedicated chat application, we aim to bridge this divide, empowering non-profit organizations with much-needed technical expertise while fostering a more inclusive and diverse talent pool within the tech industry. This initiative not only addresses the immediate challenges of intern availability and quality but also contributes to long-term industry sustainability and societal impact.
Capstone Project: Project Matching & Group Collaborations
Our app is created to give the students seeking internships and co-ops an opportunity to connect with sponsors. Sponsors can post projects, which the students can register to (if their skills match). Students who work in the same project can create channels in the chat app for group collaborations. We hope our app is of good use to the students who are looking for internships, and sponsors who are looing for skilled interns. Thank You all!
