FLEXIBILITY

Marko Micic

Efficient use of space within a small area is one of the most important factors in homes with a limited footprint. Within each container, there is the ability to transform rooms with a single push. Each room is contained within a moveable partition that is easily accessed through push and pull handles. The space saved with the movable partitions allowed for a balcony to be implemented. The balcony provides the necessary fresh air and relaxation people need, but do not often get. Through these flexible approaches, spaces that would be once considered void areas can be utilized for extra storage while maintaining a minimalist modern application.
