Overview
The Prosthetic Upper Limb Functional Index (PUFI2) was developed to gain insights into how children using prosthetics engage in bilateral activities, their comfort levels while performing tasks with/without the prosthetics, and their perceptions of the prosthetic device's utility. The PUFI-2 questionnaire empowers both children and parents to communicate with their clinicians about how the prosthetic device is used in settings like home, school, and the community. The online platform consists of two components: an easy-to-use interface for submitting survey responses, and a second part that allows clinicians to securely access analyzed data in the form of records, visual presentations, and reports.
