Overview

The aim of this project entails the development of a Microsoft Power Virtual Agent-powered chatbot for TTC (Toronto Transit Commission). The bot will collect incident data, generate unique tickets, and store the information in a Sharepoint database. Seamless user experience is a priority, facilitated by an intuitive interface. Integration with Azure services guarantees scalability and data security. Administrative functionalities will enable efficient management and monitoring of the chatbot and its data. The project also includes the provision of comprehensive documentation, ensuring users are equipped to interact with the chatbot effectively and troubleshoot as needed. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance incident reporting and resolution processes for TTC through a reliable, user-friendly, and technology-driven solution.
