Overview

AI2HR system by WPV Corporation is used to analyze data by identifying and finding solutions for performance issues and risks in the workplace. It is designed to predict and respond in real time to issues of workplace violence, harassment, and sexual harassment. AI2HR is a cloud-based technology platform that uses human resources data to predict workplace risk with up to 97% accuracy Project Architecture Database architecture: The Project uses SQL Server as the DB. The DB is well established and no need to modify the architecture or structure in any of the scopes Software architecture, layers : It uses Asp.net MVC for web application development. The whole application is divided into different modules to accommodate the different functionalities. It has 4 layers: web, Business, Data, and utility Technologies/tools/libraries: It uses SSRS for report generation Entity Framework for database operations it uses javascript and Ajax for more interactive web responses
