Overview

This project uses Tableau to measure and analyze the variables from datasets that have been collected by official entities of Colombia, which have carried out exhaustive research on the matter of the Colombian armed conflict in the last half of the 20th century. The data presented considers different armed actors, such as the guerrilla, paramilitary groups, organized crime, corrupt politicians, and the main leader of drug trafficking, Pablo Escobar. And part of the analysis is that one of the industries that started to flourish, as a consequence of the many attacks perpetrated by Escobar and his cartel, was the armour companies.
