Overview

This project will collect feedbacks from the customers accessing services from IT help desk and visualize those feedbacks on Tableau in a meaningful way that will help IT help desk to categorize their issues and follow up accordingly. In addition to this, it will also help the company to picturize the fields in which they are lagging and take actions.
