Overview

We built our project to provide the solution for the customer who wants to host their website on AWS by leveraging some outstanding features of cloud infrastructure or who have their exiting on-premises solution and are planning to migrate their website on AWS. Because this platform will increase competitive edge, drive business value, and modernize the whole infrastructure by ensuring scalable and highly available solutions. In addition, we were also motivated to build such an online food ordering system so that people can enjoy their favorite and delicious food staying at home. Moreover, we have integrated the helpdesk Support System with this Online Food Ordering System to facilitate watchdog service which will keep records for any customer issue or reporting non-delivery and scamming free food. However, this platform will provide benefits to the restaurant owners to solve the challenge where they got scam by customers saying that some food items were not delivered, and food ordering platforms refund the customers and leaving the restaurant at a loss.
