Overview

The project GreenLight app and its tool were created to help assist the farmer or any person that would like to take care of their plants. It is a small cost system and easy to use, and it is accessible at any time, anywhere. It will give the user the notification on what is happening and can also turn on or off the light if the user sets it so. The payment function and the automatic turn on/off function were taken off due to time constraints and knowledge. The data will be stored in a cloud base. It is accessible via the Raspberry Pi, and the app on the smartphone. You can check them at any time conveniently. The users will then not have to worry too much about whether they had watered the plants or not or turned the lights on/off.
