Overview

Our CENG 355 Capstone Project combines the applications of BME280, MQ-2 and PIR with Raspberry Pi microcontroller to form an effective home monitoring IOT system. The project uses firebase real time database to offer real time data to users as soon as the values are received from the sensors. Besides this, GID is also a mobile productivity software application developed to assist individuals organize their day-to-day activities enhancing time management skills in order to lead more beneficial and fulfilling lives. This app promises an easily manageable time table to help users prioritize their tasks accordingly and keep track of daily chores without any struggle.

Get It Done (GIT) Video

This is the video containing app demonstration of our project. GID is a mobile productivity app designed specifically to help individuals prevent their habit of procrastination and make their days more productive. It also allows to keep one’s home and workplace safe even in their absence acting as a home monitoring system.
