Overview

The main objective of this project is to gain more knowledge on how the projects work in the practical world by making use of the theoretical learnings from Project Management Course:

Auditing and analysing the tools and techniques used in every stage of our Project Sponsor’s project to that of PMBOK sixth edition
Evaluating the project life cycle along with the gaps, and also calculating the compliances using the quantitative outcomes on knowledge areas and processes used in the project
Provide our sponsor’s project with recommendations on each knowledge area which can be an opportunity for improvement and can be used in the future projects
