Overview

We have conducted audit on our sponsors project which is upgrading the existing 20 years old software to new software named Tomax. The organization wanted to implement this project because they were not able to sync the exiting offers, discounts, multiple products with the existing software. The main purpose of this audit is understand how much a real world project is executed following PMBok standards. We gave the overall compliance rate of the project followed by the project manager and recommendations to them. The sponsor was surprised to see the recommendations and compliance rates for each of the knowledge area. The video was the same reflecting a brief introduction of the project, recommendations to sponsor and future project managers.

Software Development : IT Capstone Project Video

The project was executed under the supervision of our sponsor across the North American region for a fitness organization that required upgrading the existing point of sales software with inventory management systems. The main purpose of this project was to perform an audit to determine compliance of mentioned project to project management methodologies given in PMBOK.
