Overview

The purpose of this project is to audit the sponsor's project and check the project's compliance with the PMBOK standards. The reason to do this project is to fulfil the goal of this course to learn best practices from PMBOK and the sponsor, to understand the basic concepts and project management skills. The academic goal of performing this audit is to learn the standards of project management and to improve time management and leadership skills. This audit was evaluated based on the sponsor's response, with our advice and feedback, which could help the project sponsor's potential projects.
