Overview
The Software Asset Management System is been implemented in Apex Oracle Version 19. This software has various functionalities like Smart Search, Add Vendor, Add License, Dashboard and Report. There are various Department,room numbers and each have different software licenses. Example: Oracle , AutoCAD and their different Versions. There are Vendors associated with each software licenses. This can be searched in the Asset Management Tool. A report can be generated with various filters and can also be downloaded in formats like pdf,xls or even can be sent through an email. An admin can Search,Add,Delete and Modify any Software License and Vendor. There is an Create_Date, Maintainence_Date and Modified_Date associated with each Software. This Software can be used in Schools, College , Universities and even in some Banking Departments.
