Overview
This project was launched to prepare us to be equipped to work in the industries we desire as Project Managers. As final year students of the PMPG, we were connected with a Project Manager who shared his experiences on a project he managed. We interviewed him on how he managed a past project and we audited and compared what was demonstrated in the sponsorís project with the best practices of the PMBOK. Capstone was important for our team as it concentrated on the best practices of Project Management and reinforced all that we learned in the program.
