Overview
We have achieved a great deal of things while implementing this project which brought us closer to our goal of protecting the personal data of millions of Canadians in North America. We can set up the enterprises and connect them through a VPN. Also being able to create the Virtual Machines one inside the EC2 instance using the operating system Ubuntu. The other VM inside the virtual Network on the Azure side (client) also using the Ubuntu operating system. How we were able to verify that there is a successful connection between both networks, and that both VMs on either side of the connection can see each other is with a ping. From the AWS console we ping the private IP address of the Azure network, then from the Azure network we ping the public IP address. We see that there was a 100% package delivery and no package loss mean that both VMs are connected. Data can now start moving through the VPN securely.
