This project has been inspired by analyzing a construction company and the way that work is carried out on a daily basis. There is massive room for improvement, and this is where new ideas and systems are going to be introduced. But firstly, let us take a look at the company itself.

Pro-Construction & Renovation Works Ltd is one of the leading construction company in Mauritius and has been providing its services since 2007, but recently has been experiencing some decline in failing to meet the deadline for the completion of its projects. The company basically provides construction and renovation works facilities to both the public and private sectors.
