Overview
The objective of the audit was to determine the compliance and gaps between the standards of PMBOK and Sponsorís practice on the Project. The results helped draw an analogy to the Sponsorís practices with the PMBOK defined practices and learn real world application. The Sponsorís project purpose was to deliver a new Policy Administration System (PAS) for the Personal Umbrella Management Business program having as core processes UAT integration with DMVs for Motor Vehicle Reports, legacy data conversion and multiple new functions. The complexity required change implementation resulting in SOW that drove the critical path.
