This capstone project showcases the seamless integration of ERPNext and Nextcloud to enhance business process automation and team collaboration. Our solution features a custom-built middleware that enables real-time synchronization of data between the two platforms, eliminating manual tasks and reducing the risk of data inconsistency. Key functionalities include automated invoice and calendar syncing, Slack notifications for task updates, and Collabora integration for live document collaboration within Nextcloud. Designed with fault-tolerance and reliability in mind, the middleware ensures smooth operations even in case of API failures. The project also includes comprehensive documentation, deployment scripts, and a user-friendly manual to support future scalability and adoption.
