Olga is a passionate and energetic Interior Decorator. Happily married with two small boys, who are the motor of her life. Inspired by the breathtaking mansion’s Interior when she was working as a Real Estate Broker in Europe, she decided to pursue a second career in the Interior Decorating field. Tell stories through Interior Design fascinate her and trigger her creativity to the higher level. Olga’s target is to create Homes and Spaces with its OWN SOUL.
ARTE CONDO
ARTE Condo is a two level condominium with a very contemporary style, pieces of artwork throughout the entire property. Engineer hardwood flooring in natural walnut oak, marble island countertop, stone fireplace, neutral colors and calm wallpaper with simple patterns. Lighting fixture and glass Décor components are the key element to this artistic and modern Condo called “ARTE” means ART.
Garagia Captivated Retreat
The Captivated Retreat was designed to be an escape from mom’s daily life stresses. What a better place to disconnect that in your own garage steps away from your home, which has been transformed into a magical space with an enchanting atmosphere. The interior gathers a comfortable seating area with a large, soft and light color lounge sofa, opposite the entertainment wooden set-in natural maple matte finishes. This area with it fireplace is a perfect spot to relax, together with a small reading and yoga exercise zones. The 3D buddha wallpaper creates the focal point, reflecting a spiritual and calm feeling when you step into the room. The wood oak chevron flooring in semi-gloss finishes add the warm touch throughout the space. The accordion glass garage door, side glass door and the skylight bring enough natural light to illuminate this sanctuary of peace and meditation.
Casa Paragon Family Room
This Family room has the perfect balance throughout the space. The built-in symmetrical entertainment center with classic European arched, accompanied with a gas fireplace and Tv/Art combo creates the perfect family spot. Finishes as marble tables’ top, black metal console, oak wood and elegant Italian pieces of furniture in neutral colours, as white, cream, brown and black unify and brings the harmony into the space. A wall photograph gallery displays from travels around the world, unique pieces of lights, collection accent cabinet, silk curtains, wool carpet, and art lamps, make this zone the most sophisticated one of “Casa Paragon” perfect example of quality home.
GEO/Dynamic LOFT
The Dynamic Loft belongs to a client who is a music executive, is a single man in his 30s without kids. He loves art, photography, jogging and travel. He often works in his music studio and loves to entertain friends on the weekend. His mom, a retired chef is staying with him for a while, cooking his favorite vegan dishes that is why he needs a good kitchen. Music is the most important influence in his life so his GEO (Geometric) Loft reflect that. The concept is a Sleek but Cozy Loft Space, has a cool casual Vibe, striking architectural metal details and neutral grey palette & natural wood finishes.
Reno House Zen Hale
The side split house is divided into levels. When you enter on the main level you will immediately see the extensive use of wood. A custom wood slat closet graces the foyer which sets the tone for the rest of the space. Moving into the living area we have removed all the removed all the inner walls to create a huge open concept living, dining and kitchen space. This allows our client to enjoy the outside views while cooking or relaxing by the massive wood slat fireplace. More wood slats, linear wood slats, linear wood millwork, wall fountains and walnut hardwood flooring creates a harmonious and calm environment. The house also has a gym and pottery gallery/studio gallery/studio in the basement that supports our clients’ hobbies and creative interest. Throughout the house extensive use of natural materials: bamboo, teak, walnut, and stone can be seen in every zone. Custom furniture, wood slats, built-in with vertical and horizontal lines create a minimal, oriental Zen style that our client loves. We have created his perfect “hale”. Hale means house in Hawaiian.
