I am Karla Juarez a determinate, motivated and responsible Interior decorator which find design and architecture one my passions. During the process of becoming an interior decorator, I developed skills in different softwares such as: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and SketchUp. I stduedied Architecture in my home county, so thanks to all these years involved in the design and architecture industry allowed me to develop experience in the field.

LOFT

The purpose of this project was to develop the space distribution and design skills by exploring different types of materials and textures to create a functional and modern space. Finally, when these elements were ready, a series of renders were created to demonstrate the result.

Family Room proposal

The family Room proposal is a project where the elements of the room create a cozy and modern atmosphere. It is a place where you can enjoy the fireplace while sitting in the sofa with family or friends. The elements of the room such as the Womb chair add a trendy feeling to the space.

Ensuit Renovation

The bathroom renovation project consists in the complete renovation of the systems and the design of a bathroom. For this project, technical plans were used, for example: electrical plan, finishes plan and construction plan.The Ensuit is th perfect place to relax after a long day of work. It has a wet room and a bathtub. In addition, the ensuit is surronded of natural light with large frosted windows. The natural colour palette makes it feel cozy and relaxing. Finally, the pattern of the walls gives a moder touch to the space.

Principal Bedroom Renovation

Wooden floors, light coloured walls, onyx details and a customised room divider with glass panels give a sophisticated environment to the princial bedroom. This room was thought as a King’s den. Finally, the room has a walk-in closet full of natural light and customized drawers and cabinets.

Entertainment Zone

Wooden floors and cabinetry make this space the perfect area to “zone out” while being at home. The furniture pieces create a comfortable space to enjoy alone or with guests. In addition, the entertainment zone is perfect for movie nights and it has a small bar with a built in wine coller and a coffee mashine.
