Loft Living

A contemporary design for this home. Newlyweds ready to enjoy their new life in this romantic and intense loft. Dynamic lines and personality outline the project. Architectural details embedded in the millwork add sophistication and grace to the spaces. Teamwork produced with warmth and essence. Everything is planned to best attend to clients' needs. A cinematographic living room, a functional kitchen, and a cozy bedroom are the most significant daily flow environments. Walnut and marble are the main finishes, proposing a rich and comfortable design together.

House Reno

Completely renovated, the house is ready to welcome its owner and guests. Among family members, clients, and friends, our entrepreneur and marketer transformed his home into his sanctuary. Leisure, work, and private areas were developed for the full performance of activities. Nothing like having everything in one place! Mr. owner drives his family pottery business enjoying the best moments with clients. Moments are memorable at this house, so that a colorful, warm palette makes them more intense. Pattern and repetition bring interest to the spaces. Fine textures and lighting prepare each corner for its best appreciation. Team project development.

Garage Lounge

A garage remake, launching a lively and organized office and entertainment zone. Shapes and forms describe the INTENSE and PULSATING concept, while the complementary colour pallet in orange and blue ENERGIZES the space. The office becomes an active and dynamic workspace, offering a functional layout to perform daily tasks, attend meetings, and also storage solutions. The entertainment area is the ultimate destination on a Friday night! This space promotes a vibrant and colourful lounge, comfortable seats, a TV and Karaoke, and a bar. Mobile furnishing and an exquisite design enable party time even from home. Prepare your drinks and appetizers, and enjoy!

Builder Special - Ensuite Transformation

The Home Sweet Home project was focused on harmonizing the space to create an overall cohesive design. A neutral colour palette, marble, black and gold accents, and light fixtures were extensively used to bring the look. Finally, organic shapes, textural materials, and definitive lines were elements and principles that created the principal ensuite, unifying the users’ personalities into one unique design. A previous dark, emotionless space with a lack of details now showcases a positive experience for users and adds value to the home.

Inclusive Kitchen

Kitchens are designed to support daily needs. But this project is more, and it is exclusively designed based on functionality, inclusivity, and comfort. Using the 7 Principles of Universal Design, this kitchen was successfully created to caters to the client's primary needs. This kitchen project offers equitable use, low physical effort, and size, and space for approach and use. because the client has a disability, space must include perceptible information, tolerance for error, and simple and intuitive use. Avoiding obstacles and maintaining a well-planned circulation area can ensure the family's safety (flexibility in use). Different light sources, textures, colours, and narrative details feature the design. Everything was planned according to clients' preferences and lifestyles. Warm NEUTRAL colour palette and textures with a pop of emerald green cabinets link the design to their travels in Europe - directly related to their memories of Tuscany.
