This condo is my client's temporary residence, so the main purpose of the work was to arrange and subtly divide each area for gatherings, parties, or any other social events. Because this area was an open space concept, social clusters needed to have their own personality while coexisting with the rest of the areas. The overall ideation for this space was a chic barber shop with a mix of Scandinavian-inspired furniture; elements such as leather, light wood, velvet, onyx, a neutral colour palette, plants, and abstract artwork made this a sophisticated yet inviting space for both the client and their guests.
The concept of this great room is to provide my client a warm and inviting environment where they can relax and spend quality time with their friends and family members. A selection of cozy furniture and warm materials helped bringing this concept alive. The contrast between light-wooden floor, dark brown cabinets, and blue furniture provides a lively and minimalist mood for everyday life.

Monterrey is a vibrant and fast-paced city that might be sometimes overwhelming. This condo is an escape of the routine so that both client and guests can relax, enjoy a cold drink in the terrace or have a nice dinner inside. Because the condo has a view to the city's natural landmark, organic materials such as wood, steel, and marble were incorporated when designing this space.
