The Santoro family requested a 3-piece bath that would cater to the needs of their two children. The design of the bathroom was carefully considered to ensure that it could accommodate multiple users with ease. Timeless finishes were incorporated to create a classic look that would remain stylish for years to come. To add interest to the space and compliment the family's photography by Natalie Obradovich, a pop green was incorporated into the design. The end result is a beautiful bathroom that not only meets the functional needs of the Santoro family but also reflects their unique sense of style and personality.
The Houlahan residence required a kitchen renovation that would be perfect for entertaining. The new kitchen design features an island with barstools for guests to sit and socialize while the host prepares food. Additionally, a butler pantry was added to the kitchen, which houses a beverage fridge, wine fridge and ice maker. The space contains luxurious finishes and materials such as velvet upholstery, brass accents, chevron solid wood flooring and calacatta vagli marble countertops. These elements combine to create a stunning, sophisticated look that is both functional and visually appealing. With this new kitchen design, the Houlahan residence is sure to become the go-to spot for family gatherings and social events.
The Mattei family desired a laundry room that would be both stylish and functional, making laundry tasks more enjoyable and less of a chore. The new design creatively hides all the necessary elements to complete laundry tasks such as ironing and folding, behind minimalist and clean cabinetry. The push-latch doors allow the user to open and close the doors even when their hands are full. Despite being a laundry room, the design is aesthetically pleasing with natural white oak cabinetry, eye-catching light fixtures, federal blue wall tiles, and funky cement terrazzo tiles. This combination of materials creates a unique and visually appealing space that stands out from traditional laundry room designs. Overall, the new laundry room design perfectly marries style and function, making laundry day a little less mundane.
