Management & Leadership Skills for IT Professionals

Program Overview

The Management and Leadership Skills for IT Professionals certificate program focuses on the management skills specifically required for IT (information technology) specialists. The compulsory courses focus on areas of operations management, strategic management, and project management. The elective courses focus on the relevant areas of business report writing, cost management, organizational behaviour and supervisory skills, all of which help you develop valuable skills to enhance management skills for IT professionals.
