Schulich Builders Scholarship Recipients Celebrated at Special Luncheon

President Ann Marie Vaughan and Senior Dean, Paul Griffin warmly welcomed this year’s recipients of the Schulich Builders Scholarship at a special luncheon at the Centre for Skilled Trades & Technology.

Students shared their journeys and excitement about being chosen for the scholarship and were presented with a special gift bag and individual photo.

Recognizing a decline in the number of skilled workers in Canada, particularly tradespeople, Schulich Builders Scholarships are Canada’s largest skilled trade scholarship program and address the worker shortage by amplifying the importance and value of pursuing a career in the skilled trades through financial and leadership support.
