FAST Plants & Plunges With Students at the Skills Ontario Showcase

The excitement was palpable at the Toronto Congress Centre at the Skills Ontario Showcase!

Thousands of high school students visited the Humber College booth to explore a career in the skilled trades and our booth proved to be quite popular!

FAST collaborated with the Faculty of Media, Creative Arts and Design, Longo’s Faculty of Business and Humber Government Relations, Marketing and Communications to design a brand-new booth that highlighted the innovation of various programs.

This included building hula hoops using plastic piping, the climbing apparatus arborists use to access trees, and potting plants guests could take home.

Humber students, faculty and recruitment staff were also at the booth to answer questions and talk about our programs.

This was truly a collaborative Team Humber effort!
