Overview
The main purpose of this project was to put in practice what we learned in the classroom during the 2 semesters of the Project Management program at Humber College. It was developed an audit of a real project using PMBOK as standard. The audition was performed according to the use of tools & techniques in each process of the ten knowledge areas. The audited project was developed for TD Bank, and its main objective was developing an Artificial Intelligence to provide customers with the best rate for services. At the end, the Overall Project Compliance was 72%.
