Program Overview

The Fundamentals of Quality Assurance certificate program is of interest to those who are seeking employment in the quality assurance field or to those who are looking for a career change within their organization. The content of this program is applicable to any field such as manufacturing, health care and food processing. Along with theoretical base, this program offers a variety of hands-on case studies that have practical applications for quality planning, control and improvement. Students are involved in practical problem solving activities to utilize their new skills. The program builds a foundation for continuing studies in other Humber quality assurance certificate programs.
