Take a look at a selection of student successes and moments in the media from this past year.
Humber students earned three gold medals and took the country by storm this week at the Skills Canada competition held from June 4 and 5 in Edmonton.
The competition will have high school students, along with their robots built in under six weeks, compete in a robotics competition in a challenge that combines sport, science, and teamwork and gives them real-world engineering experience.
A team from Humber's Supply Chain Post Graduate Certificate program competed in the SCMA annual case competition and advanced to the national finals on February 24th, 2018. Approximately 30 teams competed in the cross Canada competition, simulcast from the University of Calgary, St. Mary's University (Halifax) and the McMaster Degroote School of Business in Burlington.
A team from Humber's Supply Chain Post Graduate Certificate program advanced from the APICS initial case competition in October, competing against 200 teams from around the world and qualified for the regional case competition that took place simultaneously on February 23-24 in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Chicago, Costa Mesa, Mexico City, Parsippany, and Toronto.
