POST-SECONDARY PROGRAMS (Full-time studies)
Landscape Technician Diploma:
    A comprehensive 2-year program focusing on three areas: plant studies, landscape design with an emphasis on residential gardens, and landscape construction (both practice and theory).
Landscape Technician Co-op Diploma Apprenticeship:
    Built on the 2-year Landscape Technician Program, this program provides the opportunity to obtain the Technician Diploma, Apprenticeship Certificate and, after successfully completing your on-the-job training and the Ministry’s exam, your Journeyperson accreditation.
Urban Arboriculture Certificate
    A 1-year program which focuses on the care and management of urban trees and includes tree climbing skills and chainsaw use.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS
Two in-school terms, combined with completion (on-the-job) of the skills outlined in the sign-off manual, prepare students to write the Ministry's Certificate of Qualification examination for the trade of Horticultural Technician or Arborist. The in-school training is delivered as two winter terms (Basic and Advanced) starting in January.
Horticultural Technician:
    Focuses on plant studies including plant identification, care and installation, turf installation and care, plant production and propagation, and landscape construction theory and practice.
Arborist:
    Studies the care and management of urban trees and includes tree climbing skills and chainsaw use.
CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS (Part-time studies)
Landscape Design Certificate:
    A certificate program covering plant identification, construction detailing, CAD drawing and landscape design
Horticulture Science Certificate:
    A certificate program composed of four courses on plant studies, turf care and general horticulture.
Floral Design Certificate :
    This practical, "hands-on" program will be of interest to those entering the retail floristry industry or those working in the profession wishing to upgrade their skills.
