The home renovation industry is booming, with Canadians spending nearly $41 billion a year to repair, remodel and update their homes. You can find employment as an assistant site superintendent, as a renovator’s helper or you can work in a specific sub trade, for example, drywall, hardwood installation, trim work and more. With a few years of work experience, you could be ready to work in construction management or start your own business.
